Cancellations & Refunds
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to help us re-schedule your appointment, subject to space available.
Any “no show” or cancellation with less than 4 hours’ notice will incur a booking fee upon booking your next appointment. In addition, if your treatment is part of a package and there is no cancellation and “no show”, that treatment will be forfeited.
“We are confident that our products are the best and of the highest standard and quality. Consequently, for safety and hygiene purposes no products can be returned.
No refunds can be given on treatment packages bought. Therefore, once a client has committed to a package, they must be sure that they will have the time to complete their treatments within 8 months from the time the treatment was bought.
No treatments can be exchanged for products.
If however, a client bought a package and they become pregnant, the client can contact us to discuss a postponement of the treatment till after the pregnancy.
